When will I receive my order?
As of right now, all orders run on a pre-order basis. Production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping takes 3-5 shipping days. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number once the item has been received by 1025.
Can I return my order for a refund?
All sales are final. But, If you would like to change sizes, you can absolutely do that. All you have to do is email support@on1025 the proper size, before the item has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 1025 is GLOBAL.
Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can make changes to your shipping address, as long as the item has not shipped during the time you make your request. All requests should be directed to: support@on1025.com.
